1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To join our affiliate network, you must complete the official registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for protecting your dashboard against unauthorized access.

2. Anti-Fraud & Traffic Guidelines

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. As an affiliate partner, you agree that you will not:

  • Generate clicks, leads, or conversions using automated bots, scripts, or deceptive practices.
  • Engage in “cookie stuffing” or utilize unauthorized forced redirects.
  • Promote tracking links via unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), misleading advertisements, or on illegal platforms.

Violation of these traffic guidelines will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any accrued, unpaid commissions.

3. Commission Attribution & Payouts

Commissions are tracked via our platform’s dedicated link structures and cookie tracking systems. Payout schedules, commission percentages, and minimum withdrawal thresholds are outlined explicitly inside your affiliate dashboard. We reserve the right to review, audit, and hold payouts for up to thirty (30) days to verify the legitimacy of generated traffic and leads.

4. Proprietary Rights & Content Use

Clicklucrative grants active affiliate partners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use approved marketing banners, logos, and promotional assets solely for the purpose of driving traffic to our designated network offers. You may not alter or misrepresent our brand assets without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability & Platform Uptime

While we strive for maximum platform uptime and accurate link tracking, Clicklucrative is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We are not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, tracking anomalies, or technical interruptions caused by hosting providers, third-party network scripts, or external service updates.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the changes will be made live on this page and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
